In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Answer and screen phone calls and emails, responding as necessary
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Coordinate meetings, seminars and events.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
