  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations in fluent English

  • Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the Director

  • Screen calls, manage communications, and prioritize messages
