Personal Support Worker

Job Title: Personal Support Worker (PSW) Location: Ontario, Canada Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual Salary: Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($21 $25/hour) Schedule: Days, Evenings, Weekends (flexible shifts available) About the Role: We are currently hiring compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to support our employer partners across Canada. Opportunities are available in-home care, long-term care facilities, and retirement communities. As a PSW, you will play a critical role in enhancing the physical, emotional, and social well-being of clients who require assistance due to aging, illness, or disability. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.) Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques Support with meal preparation and feeding as needed Administer medication as per care plan Monitor and report changes in client health and behavior Offer companionship and emotional support to clients Maintain accurate records of services provided Adhere to all health and safety regulations and policies Requirements Qualifications: Valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate from a recognized Ontario program CPR & First Aid certification (current) Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (police background check) Up-to-date immunizations (TB test, COVID-19 vaccination may be required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team Reliable transportation (asset for community/home care positions) How to Apply: If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you!
