Spinal Life Australia is looking for dedicated Personal Support Workers to provide direct support to clients with spinal cord injuries in their homes.

About the Role

As a personal support worker, you will directly support our clients who have acquired spinal cord injuries in daily tasks in their homes.

• Assisting clients with transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs, using hoists when required.
• Grooming, bathing, dressing and dental hygiene.
• Personal care, including toileting, bladder and bowel management.
• Basic wound care and self‑medication.
• Domestic support such as meal preparation, light household duties and laundry.
• Community access such as driving to appointments and social activities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in disability or aged care is regarded but not required – full training provided.
