Catalyst Training Co. is more than a gym. We're a premium boutique training space in the heart of Randwick. Our mission is to help members train smart, stay strong, and live well through expert coaching, supportive community, and results-driven programs.

As our member base continues to grow, so do our personal training services, class offerings, and wellness services. To support this growth, we're now looking for two or more motivated team members to join us across coaching, wellness instruction, and member relations pathways. These are employed roles, not a rent-based model.
