Lawton School seeks a Client Experience & Admissions Lead to oversee the student and family journey from initial inquiry to long-term loyalty. The ideal candidate will ensure every prospective and current client experiences our institution as professional, warm, efficient, and deeply human.


This role is pivotal in driving admissions with speed and structure: every lead followed up, every student supported, and every detail tracked.
