Job Description

  • Provide customer support and assistance with PesoNet transactions. This includes answering customer inquiries regarding PesoNet services, assisting with account registration and maintenance, and resolving any transaction-related issues.
  • Process PesoNet transactions accurately and efficiently. This includes verifying transaction details, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and processing payments and transfers through the PesoNet system.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all PesoNet transactions. This includes updating customer records, maintaining transaction logs, and preparing reports as required.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This includes the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
