The AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) plays a critical role in the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) process by ensuring timely reimbursement for medical claims. This position involves proactive follow-up with insurance companies to resolve claim denials, underpayments, and other billing discrepancies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
