Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Resolve Customer complaints and line concerns through ICA/PCA, root cause analysis Implementation.
2. Ensure assembly process adherence to drawings and SOPs for defect-free output. Identify process gap and corrective actions with cross-functional teams (CFT).
4. Manage change control, FTR approvals, PPAP and APQP documentation for new models. Maintain quality documentation, traceability, and update Control Plans, SPC, MSA, SOPs, FMEAs.
5. Ensure on-time closure of quality gateways and project deliverables.
Attend daily quality meetings and release MIS reports.
6. Sustain QMS as per ISO : / IATF standards.
7. Conduct process & product audits on transmission assembly lines.
8. Oversee gear manufacturing Hobbing, shaving, honing, grinding, Laser welding and heat treatment.
9. Validate FTR for setup & ensure gear lead, profile, runout, and surface finish.
10. Optimize Laser welding process and reduce rejections.
11. Perform inspections using Auto roll testers, surface/profile testers, and runout gauges. Experience
3 to 8 years’ experience in relevant fieldIndustry Preferred
