Petroleum Coordinator (FT)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in the planning and day-to-day operations of the Bulk Petroleum Department.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate bulk delivery records and reconciling bulk petroleum litres.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining accurate pricing.
• Assists with logistical coordination, inventory management, direct drop supervision and creating direct drop invoices.
• Responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships and providing exceptional level of customer service.
• Assist with cardlock operations, maintenance and cleaning. Assist with cardlock operation programs and policies.
• Responsible for maintaining safety standards and adhering to all company, industry and government policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
