Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, based in Gurugram. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and meeting revenue targets. The role involves conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, providing product information to clients, and delivering excellent customer service. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers’ needs are met and may also assist in marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive business development.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and building long-term partnerships
  • Strong knowledge of product presentation, market research, and lead generation
  • Communication and Negotiation skills, with the ability to explain product features and negotiate contracts effectively
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the energy or petroleum industry
  • Problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills to meet targets and deadlines effectively
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools would be an added advantage
  • Willingness to travel frequently and manage fieldwork within the assigned territory
  • Preferrable candidate from Lubricant industries & Oil Industries
