Position Specific Description This role is directly responsible for leading the shift Operations teams through training and coaching to operate and maintain a three-on-one combined cycle power plant safely and reliably while developing and maintaining a highly engaged workforce. Employees in this role lead a team of Technicians who work a 24-hour rotating shift schedule.
