Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Systems & Automation Lead to own and optimize the backend systems of a growing gym. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable workflows, automating processes, and creating clear systems that keep operations running smoothly—so the coaching and front‑desk teams can focus on delivering an excellent member experience.
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel for CRM, automations, pipelines, lead tracking, SMS/email campaigns, and member communication
- Oversee Google Workspace (Google Suite) including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendars, and internal organization
- Design, build, and maintain Notion systems for SOPs, task management, staff dashboards, onboarding, and internal documentation
- Manage and support MindBody for scheduling, memberships, client profiles, payments, and reporting
