Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Identification

• Source active and passive candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes to identify relevant experience, skillsets, and cultural fit for US-based roles.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.

2. Candidate Screening & Assessment

• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, communication abilities, work authorization, and salary expectations.
