Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and departmental activities.
- Manage documentation, filing systems, and correspondence (letters, emails, reports) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel or logistics arrangements.
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and service contracts, and liaise with vendors when needed.
- Support internal communication by preparing memos, notices, and basic presentation materials.
- Handle data entry, record keeping, and prepare simple reports for management review.
- Coordinate with other departments to support events, projects, or ad-hoc tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies.
