Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and departmental activities.
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and correspondence (letters, emails, reports) accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel or logistics arrangements.
  • Monitor office supplies, equipment, and service contracts, and liaise with vendors when needed.
  • Support internal communication by preparing memos, notices, and basic presentation materials.
  • Handle data entry, record keeping, and prepare simple reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support events, projects, or ad-hoc tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies.
