Pharmacist at Abilene, TX

- Traveler must live 150 miles or more from the facility to be considered. - Will work on a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule from 9am - 9pm. - Must have in-patient experience. - Job involves providing appropriate level of pharmaceutical care services to patients. - Compliance with all state and federal laws or rules governing the practice of pharmacy. - Ensuring safe and accurate preparation and distribution of drugs / devices as prescribed. - Supervising delegated tasks performed by pharmacy technicians or pharmacy technician trainees. - Minimum Education: BS in Pharmacy or PharmD. - No previous work experience required. - Must have an active license as a registered pharmacist in the state of Texas. - Ability to effectively direct and / or supervise personnel. - Ability to handle confidential information. - Must maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times. - Excellent oral and written communication skills required. - Shift: 7 days on, 7 days off; (9am-9pm). - Specialty Type: Pharmacy. - Sub Specialties: Pharmacist. - General Certifications: N / A.
