Job Title : Pharmacist Location : Tuba City, AZ Pay Rate : $ 70 per hour JOB DESCRIPTION : Pharmacist is responsible for providing a comprehensive pharmacy and medication management service to patients and ensures a consistent level of service in accordance to TCRHCC policies. Direct patient care and services are provided to neo-natal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients. This position requires working rotational shifts: day, evening, nights, weekends, and Holidays. The position provides the opportunity for career advancement through tier levels of Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist as determined by pharmacy experience. Advanced Practice Pharmacist serves as a clinical pharmacist for direct clinical pharmacy services for inpatient and outpatient departments.
