Responsibilities
: Ensure the general functioning of the pharmacy and supervise pharmacy supply chain processes in line with MSF standards, protocols, and procedures. Oversee storage, stock management, and supply processes, maintaining hygiene, security, and proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, light exposure) for drugs and medical materials. Coordinate the delivery, reception, and recording of international and local orders with the logistics department, updating stock files and informing line managers about stock levels. Supervise orders of medical and drug materials, ensuring efficient consumption patterns within budget constraints. Supervise the supply of drugs to patients based on medical prescriptions, informing them about consumption patterns and ensuring their therapeutic progression.
