Role: Pharmacist Customer Support || Health Advisor

What You’ll Do:

* Connect with patients and provide guidance on prescribed medicines

* Understand patient cases and explain medication usage clearly

* Suggest doctor-approved, cost-effective medicine alternatives

* Educate patients on health, diet, and lifestyle basics

* Build trust and ensure a positive patient experience

Job Details:

* Working Hours: 9 hours/day | 6 days/week (Rotational Week-off)

* Shift Timings: Morning: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

* Salary: ₹22,200 (in-hand)

* Incentives: Performance-based rewards

* Shift Allowance: ₹1,500/month (afternoon shift)
