Role: Pharmacist Customer Support Health Advisor

What You'll Do:

Connect with patients and provide guidance on prescribed medicines

Understand patient cases and explain medication usage clearly

Suggest doctor-approved, cost-effective medicine alternatives

Educate patients on health, diet, and lifestyle basics

Build trust and ensure a positive patient experience

Job Details:

Working Hours: 9 hours/day 6 days/week (Rotational Week-off)

Shift Timings: Morning: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Afternoon: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Salary: 22,200 (in-hand)

Incentives: Performance-based rewards

Shift Allowance: 1,500/month (afternoon shift)
