What You’ll Be Doing

Our pharmacists make a real difference in the communities we look after, delivering trusted care, advice and services that put patients first. In this role, you’ll use your clinical expertise every day, surrounded by a brilliant team and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in‑store and digital tools
  • Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
  • Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety
  • Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
  • Grow talent that reflects the communities we serve; coach, mentor and support colleagues at every step
  • Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals

What You’ll Need To Have (Must‑has)

  • Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
  • Passion for delivering essential, advanced and private services
  • A collaborative, team‑first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in enhanced services
  • A strong understanding of local clinical networks
