We are seeking experienced Dispense Technicians to join our client who is a Federal Government Agency. The position would perfectly suit someone who has experience in a hospital or community setting wanting to branch out into the public sector.
The Role and Responsibilities
You will be operating in a call centre environment answering queries and providing relevant information regarding the Australian Government’s Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).
You’ll provide high quality customer service and timely advice for pharmaceutical issues, and liaising with a range of both internal and external stakeholders.
