As Retail Manager/ Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily front-of-shop operations. Being an independent pharmacy, you’ll have the opportunity to focus solely on core front of shop functions and customer interaction without the distraction and time wasting associated with a large banner group.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Managerial or Senior Pharmacy Assistant.

Proficiency with MINFOS Point of Sale System

Strong customer service skills and a passion for healthcare.

Knowledge of NDSS and QCPP claiming and Programs.

Ability to communicate exceptionally with staff, customers and company reps

Commitment to ongoing professional development

You’ll report directly to the store owner, rather than a BDM and will be given every opportunity to progress their managerial and pharmacy practice knowledge.

A flexible roster of 32-38 hours per week is available depending and applicant’s needs and suitability. A very attractive Salary and Bonus’s will be offered relative to experience and ability.
