Job Description:
  • The Intake Specialist supports the Patient Assistance Program (PAP) by performing initial triage of patient applications, completing data entry, and coordinating workflow based on established business rules. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment that may require flexible scheduling and occasional mandatory overtime.


    • Responsibilities:
  • Complete intake and processing of all patient applications into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Associate and tag all patient-related images and accurately enter demographic, physician, medication, income, household, and insurance information into the CRM.
  • Perform initial assessment of applications to identify missing or incomplete information.
  • Conduct outreach to patients to obtain required documentation or data.
