PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate prescription workflow and related activities to meet daily deadlines
  • Ensure workload is shared equitably among associates, including those in other teams
  • Coach and mentor their team members
  • Actively contribute to the successful onboarding of new hires and cross-training of existing associates
  • Collaborate with other pharmacy associates to achieve desired results
