Pharmacy Receptionist

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to support our busy Pharmacy department in delivering a high‑quality service to patients, healthcare professionals and other service users.

In this role, you will work under the supervision of registered pharmacy professionals and play a key part in the smooth running of our operations. You will act as a first point of contact for visitors to the department, responding to enquiries, answering telephone calls and providing timely support or direction as needed.

Key responsibilities include:
Supporting day‑to‑day pharmacy operations in line with departmental procedures

Using the Webtracker system effectively

Assisting with stock management, including ordering and replenishing consumables

Maintaining accurate filing and archiving in line with policy
