Pharmacy Supervisor

Key Duties

Tuesday to Friday 9am-5pmSaturday 3pm to 9pmSupervise and lead the pharmacy support team to ensure smooth day-to-day the pharmacy team provides excellent customer service, responding to queries and ensuring patient satisfaction.Oversee stock management, including ordering and maintaining adequate stock levels, ensuring product in implementing and maintaining pharmacy processes and procedures to comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Provide support and guidance to pharmacy assistants and in training and mentoring new and existing staff the pharmacy environment is clean, safe, and well-organized.Support the Pharmacy Manager and other senior staff in operational tasks and initiatives.
