A Retail Pharmacy Technician opportunity is available for a 13-week contract to hire assignment in Mesa, AZ. This position offers steady weekday hours and the chance to work in a well-organized pharmacy environment with a supportive team.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30am 5:30pm
  • 1st shift

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data and maintain patient records using Pioneer Rx system
  • Contact patients and physicians offices to clarify prescriptions and manage refills
  • Fill and dispense medications as prescribed, ensuring verification of patient allergies
  • Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, following organizational protocols
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance patient satisfaction
