Job Description
This opportunity is for a licensed Pharmacy Technician with experience in clean room and sterile compounding to provide support at a community hospital. The role involves covering a 12-week maternity leave starting at the end of May, offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and dispensing medications with an emphasis on sterile and clean room compounding
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations
- Supporting pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations to ensure patient safety and quality service
Desired qualifications:
- Valid Pharmacy Technician license is required
- Proven experience in sterile compounding within a clean room environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a sterile workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
