What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering Royal Navy Communications systems maintenance and repair training
  • Working collaboratively across functional areas within Weapons Engineering delivery area
  • Ensuring outstanding relationships with the customer and within the Weapons Engineering training area.
  • Using data, information and insight on the performance of individual establishment to drive continuous improvement and learning across the RN WE training.
  • Ensuring KPI’s and SLAs are met or exceeded relating to the delivery and assessment of learning across Royal Navy training including simulated and synthetic programmes.

    Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

  • Experience in principles of Communications systems, maintenance & fault diagnosis of these systems.
  • Foundation Degree in Engineering (FdEng)
