ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and evaluate AI/ML models to analyze semiconductor process, device, and metrology data
• Apply LLMs for:
  • Knowledge extraction from process logs, experiment reports, and technical documentation
  • Assisting with root-cause analysis and hypothesis generation
  • Automating data interpretation and reporting workflows
