PHE & FF- BIM Modeler

Responsibilities:

1. Develop 3D BIM models for plumbing, heating, electrical, and fire fighting systems using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD MEP).
2. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate integration of PHE and FF systems into overall building models.
3. Create and maintain project-specific content libraries for PHE and FF components.
4. Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines to resolve conflicts in the model.
5. Generate accurate quantity take-offs and material schedules from BIM models.
6. Prepare 2D drawings and documentation derived from 3D models.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations in model development.
8. Participate in project meetings and coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers as needed.
9. Assist in developing and maintaining BIM standards and best practices for the organization.
10. Support the creation of construction and fabrication drawings based on BIM models.
11. Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows.
12. Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends related to PHE and FF systems.
