• Lead the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of potential supporters to secure significant financial contributions.
• Manage a portfolio of major donors, fostering deep connection and long-term commitment to FightMND.
• Design and deliver a calendar of donor engagement activities and events that inspire giving, build loyalty, and demonstrate impact.
• Proactively identify and research new major donor prospects through individual giving programs, events, and community networks.
• Collaborate with the Senior Philanthropy Manager to develop and implement strategic and operational plans to grow the supporter base and optimise philanthropic revenue.
