Job Summary
The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of the organization to patients seeking routine healthcare services or critical health insights. This role is responsible for collecting quality blood specimens, preparing samples for laboratory testing, and ensuring patient comfort while following established practices and procedures. The PSR II maintains direct patient interaction, builds trust, explains procedures clearly, and performs blood draws in a safe, accurate, and professional manner. Assignments may include a doctor’s office, patient service center, or other locations based on business needs.
