Job Overview

Redcliffe Labs is hiring Phlebotomists for home sample collection. The ideal candidate must have an MLT certification, a valid driving license, and a two-wheeler. The role involves collecting blood samples from patients at their doorstep while ensuring accuracy, safety, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Collect blood samples from patients’ homes as per established protocols.


• Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and timely delivery of samples to the laboratory.


• Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control standards throughout the collection process.


• Promote add-on services and upsell tests/packages to customers.


• Handle customer interactions professionally, ensuring trust and satisfaction with Redcliffe’s services.


• Maintain route efficiency and coordinate effectively with the operations team.

Requirements

• Qualification: MLT Certificate (Mandatory)


• License & Vehicle: Valid driving license and own two-wheeler (Mandatory)


• Experience: 0–3 years (Home sample collection experience preferred)


• Skills: Good communication, customer service, and upselling ability


• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
