Requirement/Must Have:

• High level of customer service skills and patient interaction.


• Willingness to learn phlebotomy skills and grow within the role.


• Ability to handle patients with care, compassion, and professionalism.


• Strong attention to confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.

• Minimum 1 2 years of client-facing customer service experience required.


• Prior phlebotomy experience not required.


• Keyboard and data entry experience required.

• Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in using self-service kiosks or handheld devices.


• Answer patient questions and address concerns with care and compassion.
