The Phlebotomist II – Float (Patient Services Representative II) serves as the frontline representative of the organization, providing high-quality phlebotomy services to patients in a professional and compassionate manner. This role requires exceptional skill in collecting blood specimens, preparing them for laboratory testing, and ensuring accurate patient information while maintaining an environment of trust, safety, and confidentiality. Float staff will support multiple locations as needed and must be dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently in fast-paced settings.
