Job Description: The Entry Phlebotomist I, also referred to as Patient Services Representative I, represents the face of the organization to patients visiting for routine care or important health decisions. This role supports patient care by greeting patients upon arrival, addressing questions with care and compassion, and maintaining a professional and welcoming waiting area. The role includes assisting during staff breaks and receiving training in phlebotomy skills to support growth within the organization. The Entry Phlebotomist I builds trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring accuracy of patient information. This role plays a critical part in maintaining lobby integrity and delivering a high level of patient service.
