- The Patient Services Representative I represents the face of the organization to patients and is responsible for collecting high-quality blood specimens while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality.
- This role involves direct patient interaction, specimen preparation for laboratory testing, and maintaining a professional and trustworthy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily assigned activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
- Draw quality blood samples from patients following established practices and procedures.
- Prepare collected specimens for laboratory testing.
- Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties with confidence.
- Maintain required records and documentation accurately.
