Requirement/Must Have:
High school diploma or equivalent. High level of customer service experience and skills. Willingness to learn phlebotomy skills. Keyboard and data entry proficiency. Ability to handle patients with care and compassion. Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of client-facing customer service experience. Prior phlebotomy experience is not required. Responsibilities: Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-ins using kiosks or handheld devices. Answer patient questions and address concerns with care and professionalism. Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of the waiting area. Assist with coverage during phlebotomist breaks when needed. Explain procedures clearly to patients to establish trust and confidence.
