  • Ability to handle patients with care and compassion during check-ins using kiosks or handheld devices.

  • Willingness to learn phlebotomy skills and assist during coverage needs.

  • High level of customer service skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.

  • Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the role.


Experience:


  • Client-facing customer service experience.

  • Keyboard and data entry experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet patients upon arrival and assist with questions or concerns.
