Phlebotomist (Malayalee/English Speaking)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a safe, hygienic and efficient manner. This position is open to both Malayalee and English-speaking candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and explain the blood drawing process
- Identify patient and ensure correct labeling of samples
- Perform venipuncture or fingersticks to obtain blood samples
- Label and store samples correctly for testing
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures
- Communicate with patients in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in Phlebotomy preferred
- Prior experience as a Phlebotomist highly desirable
