Job Description: The Patient Services Representative I represents the face of the organization to patients and is responsible for collecting high-quality blood specimens while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality. This role involves direct patient interaction, specimen preparation for laboratory testing, and maintaining a professional and trustworthy environment. Responsibilities: Perform daily assigned activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor. Draw quality blood samples from patients following established practices and procedures. Prepare collected specimens for laboratory testing. Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties with confidence. Maintain required records and documentation accurately.
