**Responsibilities**:
- To support the Manager of your dental clinic with daily tasks.
- To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.
- To input and maintain guest information into the company database.
- To ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
- To deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values.
- To ensureserviceis prompt, polite and professional standards are kept.
**What you'll need to apply**:
- Conversational English skills
- At least 1 year of experience as a call center agent
- Can-do attitude
- Availability to work on-site
- Schedule availability to work in a full-time schedule for 5 days per week
- Experience in customer service
