Job Description

We’re looking for a full‑time phone support & sales representative to take incoming calls and make outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome new customers to our brand and upsell additional products.
  • Take customer orders over the phone.
  • Answer basic billing questions.

  • Reliability and trustworthiness
  • 2+ years of sales experience

  • Computer with at least 4GB RAM
  • 50 Mbps internet with reliable backup

  • Quiet working area
