Location: Chandigarh (CCR)

Company Overview: Theater is a dynamic and rapidly growing fashion start-up based in India. Our mission is to create India's best design-led, mass-premium western fashion company. At present, Theater specializes in footwear, stockings, bags and fragrances for women.

Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Photo Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for editing, retouching, and enhancing product and campaign imagery to ensure high-quality visuals across all platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, understands fashion aesthetics, and can deliver polished images that reflect our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• Edit, retouch, and enhance product and lifestyle images for e-commerce, campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
• Ensure consistency in color, tone, and overall visual quality across all imagery.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and the creative team to meet brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Manage bulk editing of product images while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Prepare images in the required formats and resolutions for digital and print use.
• Use Figma for basic design adjustments, layout collaboration, or quick creatives when needed.
• Stay updated with photo editing tools, techniques, and visual trends in fashion and e-commerce.
• Organize and maintain an updated archive of edited and raw images.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Photo Editor or in a similar role, preferably in fashion/e-commerce.

Required Skills:

• Mandatory: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (advanced retouching, masking, color correction).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot imperfections.
• Understanding of fashion aesthetics, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple editing projects with quick turnaround times.
• Experience with Figma.
