Photographer

Lush is seeking a creative Photographer for its in‑house Film and Photo team, positioned within our Brand department. Reporting to the Film and Photo Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality photography to be used across all Lush platforms. You will do this in partnership with the Film and Photo Manager and our in‑house Videographer and Producer.

Our ideal candidate will be self‑motivated, multi‑talented and collaborative. You have experience running and leading a set and are comfortable with all aspects of the photo process. In pre‑production you are creative, organized and realistic. On set, you have a creative vision, strong lighting skills, are detail‑oriented and efficient whilst creating an inclusive and comfortable set for talent and co‑workers. In post you work swiftly, retouch to a high standard, ensure imagery aligns tonally to brand guidelines and the creative brief and apply feedback as needed. You are comfortable in‑studio and on l...
