•SAW/BAWデバイスのフォトリソプロセスにおけるプロセス条件の確立、装置改善によるプロセスの安定化、および品質の確保
•プロセスおよび装置の両面からのアプローチによる装置間差異の改善・安定化
•FDCや装置ログなどのデータを用いたプロセス・装置状態のモニタリング手法の構築
•測定方法の確立を含む最適なプロセスフローの確立
•フォトリソプロセスおよび装置に関するコスト削減の推進
