Job Description
**CTG is seeking to fill a Physical Design Engineer – Place & Route & DTCO position for our client.**
**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 11 months
**Duties:**
+ Implement and adapt Place and Route (PnR) reference flows to enable Design Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO) initiatives.
+ Modify and maintain core PnR components, including standard cell libraries, technology files, and flow parameters, to support DTCO objectives.
+ Develop, enhance, and maintain automation scripts (e.g., Tcl) to enable efficient execution, analysis, and evaluation of DTCO Place and Route runs.
+ Manage, distribute, and provide ongoing support for PnR flows used by the DTCO team.
+ Integrate, validate, and troubleshoot custom libraries and technology collateral within established PnR flows.
+ Collaborate closely with DTCO, library, and technology teams to ensure alignment of physical design methodologies with advanced process nodes.
