Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Physical Operator to oversee the end-to-end execution of physical petrochemical trades. This role is critical in ensuring smooth trade operations, from documentation and vessel logistics to financial settlement. The Physical Operator ensures all trades are executed efficiently, comply with regulations, and align strictly with contractual terms.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Documentation & Administration
Prepare, review, and manage all trade-related documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and customs paperwork.
Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time in accordance with contracts, Incoterms, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate document flow with counterparties, banks, and internal teams to support seamless delivery and payment processes.
